Job Responsibilities:--
- Play a key role in shaping new product capabilities through continuous improvement efforts.
- Create algorithms and automations for various recruiting use cases.
- Strengthen and scale backend engines for search, analytics, reporting, caching, etc.
- Improve the performance and user experience of backend and frontend systems.
- Optimize design and code for performance and scalability.
- Write reusable and maintainable code.
- Coordinate closely with the Product Manager and tech team.
- Respond quickly to customer service issues.
- Hands-on with deployment and AWS.
- Be available for live issues and help maintain application uptime.
Skills Required:-
- Proficiency in Node.js or any modern backend stack.
- Proficiency in Angular.js or similar frontend JavaScript frameworks.
- Comfort with technologies such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, AWS, etc.
- Strong logical programming skills.
