Key Responsibilities:-
- Take care of tech issues with desktops, laptops, servers, and more.
- Handle and fix problems with computer hardware and software.
- you have to knowledge to fix problems and solving issues with Windows Servers (2008, 2012, 2016) and Windows (XP, 7, 8, 10, 11), This is a advantage or we can say this is plus point .
- Install and troubleshoot various email clients.
- Handle installation and troubleshooting problems of development software like .Net Framework, MS SQL Server/Client, Visual Studio.
- Install and troubleshoot Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) operating systems (Mandatory).
- Manage and troubleshoot network LAN and WAN, including VPN management.
- Implement and manage virtualization and antivirus solutions.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Apply patch management practices and follow ITIL processes.
- Use server monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance.
Skills Required:-
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience in software installations and network LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VPN management, virtualization, and server monitoring tools.
Candidate Attributes:-
- Technical Degree (Graduation) with a certification/training in Hardware and Networking.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management.
